Gold FM was launched in Waihi, New Zealand in 2007 by husband and wife team Brian and Glenis Gentil and broadcasts to Waihi Beach, Waihi, Paeroa, Whitianga and Coromandel. Music is the star at Gold FM, and listeners appreciate the variety of music covered by Gold FM’s extensive play list.

The Coromandel Marine Farmers Association represents the Mussel and Oyster farmers of the Hauraki Gulf. This year they are one of our many wonderful sponsors which is fantastic to see! 

Driving Creek Railway has been an icon of Coromandel Town for decades. New Zealand's only narrow-gauge mountain railway travels through regenerating native forest with pottery sculptures lining the track. At the top, you can enjoy panoramic views over the Hauraki Gulf. 

Barry Brickell, the founder of Driving Creek Railway, sadly passed away 2016. He brought the land back in 1973 in which he planted many natives and chose the land as it had terracotta clay which is suitable for pottery. 

Coromandel Cottages is owned by Jeanete and Grant. They fell in love with Coromandel whilst working as property managers in Hahei. 

Their accommodation is 1 and 2 bedroom cottages which are at reasonable prices.
